What is included in a Sumba trip?

Entrance fees, drone and mirrorless documentation, donation fees, mineral water, meals, a tour leader, twin-share hotels, pickup at the meeting point and drop-off at Waingapu Airport. Flight tickets are not included.

How is payment made for a trip?

Payment is made in two stages: a deposit of at least 50%, and the balance no later than 14 days before departure. Registrations made less than 14 days before the trip are paid in full.

What happens if I cancel a trip?

The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be moved to another trip or date, but you can pass your place to a replacement participant.
